I believe that we all need to find a way to express ourselves to release the energy that lives within us, that we absorb from the world around us. In this class we will explore different mediums of art to find our voice.

We will use Music with the lyrics on the screen, for the students to engage in the music and verses as a form of expression. We can write our own lyrics or poetry, or pick our favorite piece to discuss.

I am going to introduce a piece of art from an artist for interpretation, giving the students access to visual art and writing to form their own opinion on the piece.

Lastly we will delve into various visual art projects. Vision boards, Watercolor painting to express feelings, and shapes in introduction to drawing.
