I believe that we all need to find a way to express ourselves to release the energy that lives within us, that we absorb from the world around us. In this live online class we will explore different mediums of art to find our voice. I am going to introduce art as a form of expression. presenting a piece of art for interpretation, giving the students access to visual art and writing to form their own opinion. I am also going to use music and poetry with the lyrics on the screen, for the students to engage in. And lastly, we would delve into various visual art projects. Vision boards, Watercolor paintings to express feelings, and shapes as an introduction to drawing.
